Technology stack
Segriva is built on a modern, open stack designed for reliability and extensibility:
- AI backbone: Pluggable LLM adapters (OpenAI GPT-4.1, Google Gemini 2, Anthropic Claude 3), Whisper for transcription, ElevenLabs + Azure + Google TTS for synthesis, HeyGen / Synthesia for avatar video.
- Backend: NestJS 10 on Node.js 20, Prisma ORM, SQLite (local/edge) or PostgreSQL (cloud), FFmpeg for video processing, Bullmq for job queuing.
- Frontend: Next.js 15 (App Router) with Turborepo monorepo, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Framer Motion, TanStack Query / SWR, Firebase Auth.
- Desktop: Electron with a bundled NestJS backend process — the full platform runs air-gapped with no external dependencies.
