Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 June 2026. These terms govern your use of Segriva Sakura Studio, operated by KRMR Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai, India.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Segriva Sakura Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to the hosted web application and the desktop application ("Sakura Studio") provided by KRMR Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in Mumbai, India.
2. Description of Service
Segriva provides an AI-powered media operations platform for: • Video and audio ingest, transcription, and translation • AI-assisted article and social content generation • Video rendering, captioning, and branding • Multi-channel publishing to connected social and video platforms • Local desktop processing (desktop edition) Features, availability, and AI provider integrations may change over time. We will communicate material changes in-app.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@segriva.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to: • Upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights (including copyright). • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service. • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls. • Use the Service to build a competing product. • Send spam, run automated abuse campaigns, or exploit AI credits without authorisation. • Process content that depicts violence, child exploitation, or other illegal material. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
**Your content**: You retain ownership of all media, text, and other content you upload or create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service on your behalf. **Our IP**: Segriva, Sakura Studio, and all associated software, design, documentation, and trademarks are owned by KRMR Solutions Private Limited. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the licence to use the Service. **AI-generated outputs**: Content generated by AI providers (articles, summaries, captions) using your inputs is delivered to you for your use. We make no warranty as to originality, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
6. Third-Party AI Providers
Segriva integrates with third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). When you configure and use these integrations, your content is sent to those services under their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You are responsible for compliance with those terms. We do not store AI API keys on our servers in plaintext; they are encrypted. However, you bear responsibility for securing and rotating your own API keys.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it at segriva.com/privacy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KRMR SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ₹5,000 (INDIAN RUPEES), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KRMR Solutions Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you upload or publish; or (c) your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@segriva.com. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Content stored locally in the desktop app remains on your device and is your responsibility to delete.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email (if you have subscribed). Continued use of the Service after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For informal resolution, please contact us first at support@segriva.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
