Privacy Policy
Effective date: 1 June 2026. This policy explains how KRMR Solutions Private Limited ("Segriva", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your data when you use Segriva Sakura Studio.
1. Who We Are
Segriva is a product of KRMR Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in Mumbai, India. Segriva Sakura Studio ("the App") is an AI-powered media operations platform for content aggregation, video processing, and multi-channel publishing. 2. What Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: • **Account data**: Email address and authentication credentials when you sign up via Google / email. • **Usage data**: Feature interactions, job logs, and error reports used to improve the product and diagnose issues. • **Media content**: Videos, audio, and images you upload are stored in your workspace storage. In the desktop edition, all media is stored locally on your device. • **AI inputs/outputs**: Text and media sent to configured AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for processing. We do not store the content of AI API calls on our servers. • **API keys**: Third-party API keys you enter (YouTube, OpenAI, etc.) are encrypted at rest and never logged. • **Device information** (desktop app): OS version, app version, and build number for crash reporting.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to: • Deliver and operate the Segriva service. • Authenticate you and maintain your session. • Process media jobs you initiate (transcription, translation, rendering, publishing). • Send you transactional notifications (job status, errors) if you have opted in. • Improve reliability through anonymised crash and error reports. • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful government requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
4. Data Storage & Location
• **Web app**: Your workspace data is stored on servers operated by Google Cloud Platform (Firestore) and on infrastructure hosted in India or the European Union depending on your account region. • **Desktop app**: All media files, the SQLite database, and render outputs are stored exclusively on your local device in the application data directory. No media is uploaded to Segriva servers unless you explicitly trigger a cloud sync or publishing action. • **AI provider data**: When you configure a third-party AI provider (e.g., OpenAI), content sent for processing is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
5. Third-Party Services
The following third-party services may process your data: • **Firebase / Google Cloud** — authentication and cloud data storage. • **OpenAI / Anthropic / Google Gemini / Groq** — AI content generation (only when you configure and use these providers). • **OpenAI Whisper** — speech-to-text transcription (cloud option). The desktop app can run Whisper entirely locally using your own Python environment. • **Sentry** — anonymised crash and error reporting. • **Social platforms** (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) — when you connect an account via OAuth for publishing. Each service is used only for the purpose described and subject to its own privacy terms.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to: • **Access** — request a copy of personal data we hold about you. • **Correction** — request correction of inaccurate data. • **Deletion** — request deletion of your account and associated data. • **Portability** — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format. • **Withdrawal of consent** — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@segriva.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
• Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. • Media files and job outputs in the desktop app are stored locally and are entirely within your control. Delete them from your device at any time. • Anonymised crash logs and usage metrics are retained for up to 12 months.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including: • Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). • API keys are encrypted before storage and never appear in logs. • Authentication tokens are stored in secure, httpOnly cookies (web) or the OS keychain (desktop). • Regular dependency audits for known vulnerabilities.
9. Children
Segriva is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately at privacy@segriva.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Effective date" at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
